MVP Proposal

Overview
A proposal deck that makes technical scope feel tangible.
ULedger needed a polished MVP proposal for Zerintia Health Tech. The deck had to communicate public trust for private data, introduce the health-tech context, explain the blockchain scope of work, and break the project into clear analysis, build, training, and testing phases.
Design Goals
What the proposal needed to do.
The presentation was built to help a technical audience understand scope, trust the process, and see how the MVP would move from concept to implementation.
01
Establish Trust
Position ULedger as a blockchain partner for secure health data systems.
02
Explain Scope
Clarify data certification, QR access, dashboards, and analytics.
03
Show the Process
Break the project into practical phases and deliverables.
04
Support Approval
Create an executive-ready proposal that feels polished and credible.

The presentation uses a dark technology-inspired design system with teal/green blocks, healthcare imagery, and structured scope sections.

Presentation Journey
Key moments in the MVP proposal.
The strongest sections guide the viewer from context and scope into the specific project stages needed to complete the MVP.
01
Opening the Partnership
The cover immediately connects ULedger and Zerintia while positioning the work around public trust for private data.

02
Introducing the Health-Tech Context
The introduction establishes Zerintia as a remote and real-time patient health advice and monitoring solution, giving the proposal a clear use case.

03
Explaining the Technical Scope
The scope section frames ULedger’s blockchain approach as a way to provide transparent, trusted interactions and certify health data.

04
Breaking Down the MVP
The preliminary scope slide organizes the MVP into labeled modules including blockchain connection, device certification, media verification, analytics, dashboard management, QR-code access, and system admin accounts.

05
Defining Build + Implementation
The build phase explains the two-week cadence, demos, signoffs, portal creation, QR code permissions, ingestion points, infrastructure, and testing.

06
Planning Training + Testing
The training and MVP testing sections clarify how Zerintia’s team would learn the system, test with customers, gather feedback, and evolve the product.

slide System
Dark, technical, and enterprise-ready.
The visual system combines dark technology textures, teal-green gradients, modular geometric blocks, healthcare photography, and dense technical copy structured for easier scanning.
